  To not be a huge beachside hotel it definitely was great. the rooms were nice and clean, bed relaxing and the service was great. I had a perfect view on the beach side. Breakfast was great even though the space was small in the lobby area it never seemed over crowded. TV's were modern and plenty to watch. Baths were good with plenty of toiletries that you need not bring any with you besides your toothpaste. The biggest take for me was the location, you couldn't have asked for better, all the taverns and restaurants you need are very close by. The downsides are the pool could be a little better unkept and the air conditioner a little bit better cleaned. They charge for parking on their own property ($12) and i was told every hotel on the beach does that. I've only ever had to pay for parking in Nashville and I figured that was because it was in the downtown area. But whoever come up with charging your patrons for parking was just money grabbing. I give the whole experience a hard 4.5 of 5 stars and if it'd not been for the parking charge I'd been happier.

  Fantastic stay, right off board with quick access to the beach. Ask for a room with a beach view. Breakfast area is small but its stocked well! Great staff, would recommend those place and will be staying here in the future!

  Can’t beat this Jax Beach hotel that overlooks the water and the pier for location and value. I enjoyed the balcony and quick walk to the beach. Breakfast was included, which was plenty. Hotel was clean and updated, parking was easy, and the location was perfect!

  My husband and I stayed one night in the ocean view room. The bed was just right and we loved the pillows…. The registration crew (Millie) were very helpful at telling us where to go eat close by And Margret was very sweet giving me milk when we couldn’t find any close by that night. We would definitely stay again.
