    My experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, the lobby was uncomfortably hot, causing me to sweat while I waited to check in. I was informed that I couldn’t check in yet but was allowed to leave my car; when I requested a parking pass, I was told I would be fine without a pass. After returning from the beach around 4:30 PM, I was relieved to find my vehicle still in the lot, as there was a tow truck present. Later that evening, around 9 PM, I encountered an issue with a clogged toilet and called the front desk for assistance. I was assured that someone would be sent to address the problem, but after an hour of waiting without any resolution, I followed up with another call. I was informed once again that a reminder would be sent. Unfortunately, no one arrived, and after waiting for a considerable time, we decided to step out again. The next morning at 6 AM, I approached the front desk to discuss the situation. I was informed that there was no maintenance staff available after hours. I expressed my concerns about not being informed of this policy earlier, as I had unnecessarily spent significant time in my room waiting for assistance. Ultimately, I was handed a plunger and advised to resolve the issue myself due to the lack of available assistance. Additionally, the checkout process was less than satisfactory. I waited for 15 minutes at the front desk without receiving any service, which led me to leave my keys before departing.

    Unfortunately the smell of mold and mildew is overwhelming. It hit really badly in the night. You can see the mold coming through the ceiling. I had to sleep (barely) with a t shirt over my face because I could not breathe it in. The room looks nice and was clean but the best part was getting out of there! If you can’t handle smells and want to breathe, don’t stay there. At least on the 3rd floor where we were. Room was more of a pool view than an ocean view which i get that it was a busy weekend and the system assigns rooms randomly. I was fine with the one elevator not working. Stairs were easy to use. Perfect to get to the beach and the large pool was nice but started getting cloudy. The staff were nice but my check in kept getting interrupted with them helping others. Would have been nice if they just focused on checking me in but everyone multi tasks differently. I feel bad for the staff who have to work in the moldy rooms. Overall I cannot rate this high and need to warn others of the mold/mildew smell because it really is horrible! I did mention it to the front desk and the employee said he would make a note of it.

    Pretty disappointed in this Hotel, the family has been coming to this Hotel for around 40 years and they arrived early hoping to get there room , as they heard another couple got to check in early after the family I was with did not we had to wait till after 4pm..there ice machines did not work , the front service desk ladies were not that accommodating, we arrived early but not allowed to enjoy the amenities like every other hotel allows, even though the payment was fully paid, just pretty disjointed all around..Will not be coming back!!

    I’m going to start by saying I haven’t even checked in yet, and the lack of customer service has already been disappointing. I spoke with two different front desk employees regarding a simple question about early check-in. The first interaction was understandable—I was told my room wasn’t ready and that I wouldn’t be able to park onsite until I was officially checked in. I was advised to call back later to see if an early check-in might become available. When I called back, I simply asked if there had been any updates. The response I received was, “Check-in time is 4 PM… we’ll see you then,” before the call was abruptly ended. I completely understand that early check-in cannot always be accommodated. That isn’t the issue. The issue is the way a paying guest was spoken to for asking a reasonable question. Hospitality begins long before a room key is handed over, and unfortunately my experience so far has fallen short of that expectation. Stay tuned for the room review, I guess

    This is our 3rd striaght year we have stayed in this hotel this by far is the worst experience we have had our fridge leaks water all over the floor now they charge 8 dollars a day to park where be4 they where no charge now they are charging to park so now my 7 day stay cost me $890 where it was 834$ and you get no amenities at all for it no free breakfast have to pay for your breakfast the place has but 1 working elevator and still after 3 years the other still doesn't work so all the guest has 1 elevator that works so all you get is a place to stay and the pool for the money you spend so why stay Here if you have to pay to park no free breakfast no other amenities for your money we have stayed 3 years in a row but this is are last year to spend here I rather spend a couple more hundred to stay somewhere else to get all the bells and whistle only great thing this hotel has going for it is the friendly staff and use to have happy hour where you could get well drinks free and beer in cups and has did away with it this use to be the fun hotel now it's just a hotel that if you want xtras it cost you more
