  We booked our stay with Luz and she was very nice and courteous. Upon arrival, staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean nice lobby and good breakfast options. The pool was great! A bit warm... loved it! Only thing we didn't like was that our room felt very humid. It was a bit uncomfortable. But it was pretty clean.

  The bad first: LONG BROWN HAIR on TOWELS, LONG BROWN HAIR ON BED HEADBOARD (SEE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS), noise travels because room is HIGH CEILINGS, $150 LONG HOLD seems like you could get charged DAYS LATER if they feel like it. Lots of money and LONG HOLD BIRD POOP EVERYWHERE IN PARKING LOTS, THE FRONT outdated rooms, peeling paint and rusty furniture. Not enough side doors. The good: front desk is nice! Very high ceilings like over 10ft, Love bathroom shower stone, love the towel decor. Pool has nice view. Great place to sit in the mornings and reflect or enjoy the quiet. FIX: management needs to be more on top of this place. This is why hotels or popular chains don't do well. Management will take this personal and not fix issues. It's a common pattern. Hore power washers, have more side doors not only by pool. The other side door is so close to the lobby you might as well go through the lobby.

  Staff was so rude never cleaned the room pool was never unlocked we got kicked out the lobby multiple times for just watching TV do not stay here

  Giving the management of Best Western a bad review. I am a diamond level Best Western customer who stays at BW a lot. Julie would not work with me on a late checkout as did all the other BW hotels I stayed at. I have crews that stay at BW properties and I moved all of them to another BW hotel in Bradenton. Too bad you just lost $5000 worth of occupancy next week. Your customer service sucks. BYE!

  Associate at the front desk assumed I spoke Spanish. I do indeed; however, checking first might have been more appropriate. Also, I asked the gentlemen checking me in for a room above the 1st floor - that didn’t happen even though the hotel was not full so I was put near the check in desk where EVERYONE was screaming for laughing. Horrible property with regard to service. The room was clean and turned over daily which was very nice. Just don’t expect a modicum of service from the front desk staff.
