  Dillon was amazing! It was my first time ever having a windshield crack and I had lots of questions for him. Super professional, explained everything thoroughly, he even remembered the silly name I have for my car and took amazing care of my car. My windshield looks brand new and you would never know I had a gnarly crack in it! Way to go Dillon!

  Had my windsheild replaced, even with appointment i was there 3 hours. Paid $500 for calibration, which is pretty sad as its a few key strokes with the software. This did not work as my wipers do no come on automatically as they are supposed to do. Only electronisc customer service that hangs up on you. Did not reconize my number.. and the bill for a new windsheild with caliobration was nearly $1200. Yet another bloated corporation with no care for the customer once paid.

  I wanted to give Danny a shoutout for doing such an awesome job on replacing the wind shield on my Ram. He was respectful, answered any questions I had, paid attention to detail and did quality work. Highly recommended working with these folks, they do great work!

  Recently needed my windshield replaced and Safelite was amazing. They made it so easy. I called them, they checked if my auto insurance would cover it for me or if there'd be out-of-pocket costs (mine was covered). Then setup up my appt to come to my home and replace my windshield, sent reminder before appt, and then showed up on time. My tech was very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. My service was completed in less time than the original over the phone time of completion. My tech even had the recalibration of my windshield completed and installed my new windshield wipers. Showed me the completed job and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions I had. During service they also sent me txt messages on the status of the job. And after service they sent me txt messages for follow up. Wonderful service. I would definitely recommend. They made everything so easy and seamless.

  So frustrating to have a teensy pebble from i25 cause a giant crack in my windshield, but the Safelite team made replacement as painless as possible. I was worried that the repair might take longer or have issues since this was on a Tesla, but their tech was super knowledgeable and did an amazing job. Service was above and beyond what I expected and took < 3 hours. Highly recommend!
