  The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our room. It’s pretty hard to beat the views of the mountains from our balcony. We will definitely be coming back.

  From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by helpful and cheery staff. They gave us tips for local restaurants and interests. When we left, a snowstorm had come through, and one of the staff members even cleared 8-9 inches of snow off the top, hood and tourneo cover of our truck.

  This BW is nicely maintained, quiet and our room was fairly spacious, with all the necessary features. The breakfast was tasty and an adequate start to our days. I'm not sure how things would be if the house was full (which I suspect it is frequently in June, July,.. ) but the parking area and breakfast area were great for our stay in April. Access is good with a couple of elevators to reach the upper levels. We didn't use the gym or pool, but they looked nice. The best part is the location, minutes from RMNP and local Estes Park attractions. Compliments to Colleen at the front desk, who was helpful and cheery. I have no negative comments, so BW Estes Park gets 5 stars!
