  We would not recommend this hotel. There were several reasons. First when we brought issues to the attention of the man at the front desk, he was completely unsympathetic and ignored what we had to say. Also he never offered any remedy. The hotel may have been very nice once, but it is clearly dated. Not a big problem for us. However, we did in fact not get our room cleaned. When I inquired about it at the front desk, he said did you request it. I said we were not told that we needed to request. He retorted that they only clean it once every 5 days. Then, I brought to his attention that there were no eggs and other things were running out at the free breakfast. He said that they don't have eggs. I said yes you did there, were remnants of eggs in one of the containers. He looked surprised. Then he said what time did you get to breakfast. I said 7:00. The breakfast runs from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. according to their policy. His answer was, hmm. We never got clean towels. We never had the trash dumped. We never even got an additional tiny bar of soap. This is unlike any hotel that we have stayed at on this trip to Colorado. This should be clearly stated when making reservations. Finally, it appears that our hotel room had been previously broken into. The chain for the lock was completely gone torn out of the wall. Above the door was an alarm to alert you if somebody was breaking in. That did not work. It made me question what kind of place we were in.

  Absolutely.Phenomenal service above and beyond, which is why I continue to keep coming to the best westerns.They treat you like family.The hotel rooms are absolutely amazing.And the prices are phenomenal highly recommended 5 🌟

  The room was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. It was super clean and had all the amenities. The pool was nice, hot tub was great. The breakfast area was large and they had a good selection to choose from.
