  On a night where my husband was on his 5th hotel looking for a room after driving 8 hours, I called looking for ahead for him. Richard answered, confirmed they had one left. I let him know my husband was down the street and heading his way. Bless this man for slyly confirming that my man was the next one walking in for a room tonight. Thank you, Richard. Those are some solid inn-keeper scruples.

  I gave this hotel a five-star rating because it offered a reasonable price for a three-night stay. I stayed here about eight years ago, when the breakfast had more variety, but I understand that rising costs have likely led to more limited options now.

  We arrived after booking over a month prior a king suite with a crib as we had a toddler and baby with us. We had asked for a crib and first floor room if possible. We understood first come first serve but no one should ever get put in room 213. Especially someone with kids. There is a small half door at end of room that you can hear everything that is said and occurs in lobby all night long. It has a handle which was locked but is used to access a ledge in the lobby. It didnt stop any noise from the people hanging out laughing at 930 pm to 11 pm. Why would a hotel allow a room to have a access door in it to the lobby that doesnt stop any sound. Ear plugs didnt help any of us. Worst stay ever and we are best western members. Never will come back or recommend anyone to go there. The person at the desk knew I had kids and dogs and told me the room was closer to the back and it was closer to the elevator. Which was a blatant lie as the room was in the center of hotel and so was the elevator directly across from it. Plus that entrance was next to a homeless camp and trying to unpack and deal with two kids in the dark was bad enough let alone multiple doors I had to go thru to get inside with them. On top of that only one of the keys worked after an hour of use. In addition the security lock in the room was wobbly and only had one screw in it. So secure....

  The older lady with beautiful silver gray wavy curly hair working this morning 4/22/2026 (I was supposed to ask her name before walking out the door) was absolutely AMAZING! Very over the top she was very kind and I believe goes above and beyond when doing her job every day she works. The place is clean, all staff is friendly, the pool is open 12 hours of the day, breakfast is served between 6:30 am and 9:30 am. They have cereal, muffins, bagels, bread(for toast),bacon, scrambled eggs, square cut potatoes, a juice machine and a amazing mind blowing pancake making machine that makes 2 pancakes in 60 seconds. They also have fresh fruit that you can top your pancakes with. I give this hotel a 10/10 rating and would and will recommend it to everyone and anyone who needs a hotel in the area! Also its got a Walmart, Sam's club, home Depot, best buy and the Aurora mall all in less then a 20 minute walk. Plus alot of food places that are different varieties.
