  This hotel is in close proximity to Eastland mall, and several restaurants. I could walk to the Jollibee tower.

  Its nice but very disappointed in the "Gym" non of the cardio machines worked so if getting a work out in the morning is important to you dont come here & the hot dog didnt work so 2 things I enjoy were let down by staying here but other then that its ok

  Don't use the water bottle fill up station it's just like drinking tap water I used the water tester it was at 248 Go to the fitness center and fill up your water bottles there The water is cold and it is it almost at zero, it's 058 if you know you know. I think what bothers me more is that they can't pick up the phone and call your room and say before you check out make sure you gather all your trash and throw it out because the housekeepers don't want to do that super easy clear now we know that the issue with the trash something we didn't know was an issue, you wait after we check out to charge us. On our last stay there I checked the AC filters and they were both dirty. I hope the $100 was worth it you lost your regular weekly visitor.

  Freeway noise is a problem, No Security camera on 2nd floor 3rd floor or 4th floor really sketchy and dangerous. Hotel has a major water leak problem. Sometimes the housekeeper leave the security gate propped open with a rock my the laundry room with no one around (anyone can walk in). Really old furniture, very worn down. One time there was a magnum condom box left under the sink so I doubt this place is getting cleaned really well yet they want to charge for for cleaning? Okay. My car got scratched going under the parking garage cause someone kicked rocks across the driveway going under the parking garage. Have stayed at the Pacific inn, Fairfield and Hamilton inn never had I had a issue with trash until I came here, at the other hotels every floor has a 1 or 2 large trash bin on each level or the housekeeper gives you an extra trash bag, but nope NOT here they have these teeny tiny slender trash can. The housekeeper never gave me extra bags. The ice machine on the 3rd floor has been "temporaryly" out of service for a month. Good luck trying to sleep in cause the housekeepers with knock on your door early as heck and when you don't answer they just opened the door 👎🏻. Also don't let them see you start packing up your things cause one housekeeper saw I was moving my things out and when I came back up to grab my things and the door had the top lock sticking out and she was in there throwing things without asking me I had to take may things out of the trash bag, all this happening around 9am not even asking me if I was checking out early or just loading up the car. Oh the patio pool furniture is really run down the 3 rd sun chair seat is torn thank goodness I saw it before I fully sat down on it, I could have cut myself really bad. Needless to say I am not coming back here and will be staying at the Hampton by far the cleanest rooms I have seen with more updated rooms and the housekeepers are wonderful and really chill with a breakfast hours so you'll always have something to eat and you won't miss breakfast unlike here where they close the doors on you.

  Always a good value for staying here on vacation. The room is always clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and accommodating, plus the breakfast is delicious. Really worth your time and money if you are looking for a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay in the area.
