  We had a good stay here. I am liking the Best Western Inn hotels. The rooms are fully equipped. It has a desk, chair , some lamps and closet space. They also serve cooked hot breakfast which is really nice. Would recommend

  Ice machine on the first floor was loud and kept shooting out ice all night. Other than that the place was great

  Big shout out to Rochelle! Rochelle always very professional, Goes above and beyond to make your stay that much more comfortable.

  Do not appreciate dealing with a screen to check in. The lady that comes on talks very loud and it’s quite irritating to not have someone present at the front desk to help when you need it. If best western is going to using a screen to check people in and lose its customer services than maybe my loyalty to the brand is not worth it. Coming from a Diamond member. Put the receptionist back up front they provide great service. This screen nonsense is ridiculous. Marked my service to a 1 for this reason no other reason than that. Fix this best western. Do better

  Nice budget hotel. Staff is great. Room was nice and clean. Appreciate the microwave and fridge. Breakfast was nice and convenient. I ate the waffles and had juice. When I checked in they had hamburgers for free. Plenty of parking. Right next door to the airport. Nothing else within walking distance. Easy freeway access. Only issue I had was the smell in the air. Seems like this part of Calif has a funny smell in the air.
