  I picked the Best Western Inn, because it was the closest to Thousand Oaks Surgical Hospital. There are many restaurants, fast food places close by. The staff at the Best Western Inn are very helpful, in helping me to extend my stay.

  Spencer first of all is awesome. Anytime I needed anything he really does his job. Spencer is the older likely wiser gentleman. I say that because; I stayed at many hotels and there's one thing I found weird here. I walk from the backdoor from the front desk. I would think ONLY guests would. Otherwise this encounter with another front desk employee (younger and less wise) asked me if I was a guest at the hotel after I asked for more toilet paper and Kleenex. I found it disrespectful because I been here for 4 days, I didn't know you're supposed to look like you stay at specific hotel, and honestly it just shows people will hire "anyone." So just hope you as a guest gets assisted by Spencer not the other guy. Also I'm posting this review on Google and not just the company text link. Also the location has 3 stars because you can't see around this curve from the parking lot. Therefore it can be hard to assume all drivers are going the right speed.

  Bathroom continuous fan sounds like a diesel boat engine but otherwise decent room.
