Very disappointed with the state of the hotel. Our first room had a weird white mystery stain on the bed skirt and furniture. I asked for a new room and they moved us. Front desk was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the second room was even more dirty. We noticed more stains on the skirts, the TV could not connect to wifi, and the final straw was when we laid down and saw gum stuck to the night stand right next to the bed. We went downstairs and asked for a refund which they did with no arguments. I have no complaints about customer service, just the state of the hotel.
The good: Conveniently located minutes from the airport and a couple blocks to the bus stop. But if going into San Fran daily, it’s at least a 30 min trip (+58 min if taking the bus).
Full breakfast with eggs, a meat, maybe potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, bananas and apples, and pastries—seemed that the only thing that changed daily with breakfast was the meat option. Got a little boring after a few days.
Rooms were fairly spacious and comfortable for 3 adults. Staff was courteous and responsive to issues.
The Bad: parking was a challenge if you weren’t in the lot by about sunset. You pay for parking and then pray for a spot if you’re evening is extended later into the night.
The convenient airport location means you are going to hear the planes.
Not all rooms have a microwave so be sure to request that if you choose to stay here.
Guest laundry was a C… spin cycle didn’t seem to spin out the water especially well so you had to sink more money into the dryers.
Use ice machine with caution if you are planning to put it into a drink. When the ice melted in our room we observed mold in the small pieces that were still frozen and in the water as they melted. We did immediately report this and they said it would be immediately addressed. Not sure if it was because we were too grossed out to use it again after that.
Room was a bit rundown with cracking grout and mold in the corners of the bath. Bathroom floor tile was also cracked. Just didn’t appear to be especially well maintained.
Price was jacked up for special events when we were there so I didn’t feel it was a reasonable price for the room. However, prices were jacked everywhere.
I don’t think we would return to this hotel.

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I called the front desk and requested housekeeping to clean my room and replace the towels. I was told that someone would come, but no one ever arrived.
The hotel is very old and outdated, with nothing special that would make me want to return. The windows do not block outside noise, so I could hear noise throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep.
I was also charged $10 per vehicle, but I do not understand what this fee is for since there is no valet service or any special parking amenities. In addition, the reception staff were rude and did not even greet guests properly. Customer service was far below what I would expect from a hotel.
Overall, my experience was disappointing due to the poor service, outdated facilities, noise issues, and additional charges. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

The rooms in this place stink. Literally. I arrived to my room to find a nasty funk and inoperable AC. I also found the window ajar and off the rails. Maybe the previous guest had escaped this 4th floor room the fast way? Everything is aged and dingy, from the scratched and dirty elevator to the ancient chairs and furniture in the room. But the stink was the big issue. I pushed to be switched rooms, which they did and upgraded me to a suite for free. However, this room also stunk! Must be the whole hotel. I recommend trying to find another hotel on your next SFO layover.
