  I walked in with a Migraine and left renewed. They even went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Breakfast was ample and the gentleman attending made sure everything was available. The pool looked amazing but I wasn't able to use it. And as with most Hotels, the drain in the shower was clogged with Hair.

  Friendly staff and tasty breakfast did not make up for the paper thin walls. I know way too much about the strangers next door than I care to. Could hear every curse, fart, snort, and moan. The flimsy door between the rooms did not have a security chain and the deadbolt was wobbly. Hotel needs to upgrade the sound proofing between adjoining rooms. I felt unsafe staying there with my children. Room stunk from the smoking area right outside the window.

  Bad score for a few reasons. First is that I had a package delivered here but when I asked the front office attendant if it was here she said no. Luckily for me. I checked my Amazon order status and it did say it was delivered so I told her that and she checked again and indeed it was delivered. If I had gone off for a word I never would have got the package. She shouldn't have said it was delivered definitively when it was. Another thing is that I did ask for room cleanings when I first got here because they told me some people don't want room cleaning. I said yes. I do want automatic room cleaning frequently. However, I was there for three whole days already and there was no room cleaning, typically the Marriott and other upscale hotels will clean the room every other day. Yet I still had to ask for cleaning and there was no automatic cleaning schedule even though I did ask for that. The last thing is that their key card's constantly constantly die and you have to get new ones. It's pretty annoying.
