  Came to the Best Western as we like this brand. We were very disappointed. First with the front desk : I was told a greater price than what I was expecting as a reward member (I checked the website first) I had to insist which is not what the situation should be. Then, the room had the same feeling as a basic motel room : smelled musty, big gaps around the door, the toilet was so loud we thought it would explode, the sink was stuck we had to brush our teeth in the bathtub! I think the hotel needs a refresh.

  I recently stayed at the Best Western Posada Royale Hotel & Suites in Simi Valley, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The first thing I noticed—and it’s a big deal for me—is that the entire property was very clean. You can tell the housekeeping team takes real pride in the rooms; everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and spotless. If you are a light sleeper like I am, you will appreciate how very quiet it is here. I didn't have to deal with any thin-wall issues or loud hallway noise, which made for a perfectly restful night’s sleep. The real highlight, however, was the service. Every staff member I encountered was very friendly and accommodating. They truly went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and made the check-in/check-out process a breeze. If you’re looking for a reliable, peaceful, and welcoming place to stay in Simi Valley, this is definitely it. I’ll be back!

  This is an above average moderately priced hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and in good condition. The breakfast service was probably the best breakfast I've had at any Best Western hotel. The location is great!
