  This was an absolutely wonderful hotel and one of my favorite places I stayed during my trip. From the moment we arrived, the experience was fantastic. Check-in was smooth and easy, and every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was beautiful, luxurious, and exceptionally clean. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. The bathroom was especially impressive, and having two sinks was such a blessing when traveling with a friend. The shower was spacious and relaxing, and the beds were incredibly soft and comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The pool area was amazing and a perfect place to unwind. I also really enjoyed the coffee bar, which was a great touch and made the stay feel even more special. The entire property was beautiful and felt like its own little retreat. The grounds were well-kept and created such a relaxing atmosphere. The freeway noise, despite being relatively close, was nonexistent. The only negative experience I had was being catcalled while walking around the area one morning, which made me feel slightly uncomfortable. However, this was not related to the hotel itself and did not take away from the excellent experience we had during our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Between the luxurious accommodations, outstanding cleanliness, wonderful amenities, and incredibly kind staff, it was a fantastic place to stay. I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

  Stayed here for a week, the hotel was clean and very comfortable, staff was very nice , especially the guy that took us to Universal in hotel shuttle, our only problem was we did not rent a car so we were using uber, only wish we had transportation to other places .

  Very nice staff. The rooms and the entire property was extremely well cleaned and maintained. I felt safe and comfortable. Truly, one of the nicest Best Western's I have ever been to. Definitely a 5 star stay with a 3 star price. I highly recommend staying here.

  As soon as I checked in, I knew I had made a mistake. The moment I walked into my room, I had to turn around and head straight back to the front desk. The room smelled strongly of marijuana, and unfortunately, so did the elevator and other common areas. I only stayed one night and ended up checking out early because I simply could not tolerate the conditions. Throughout the night, there were people arguing and fighting outside my room, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. The cleanliness was also unacceptable. I have photos of both the chair and the bed to document the condition of the room. The chair was so dirty that I refused to sit on it, and I barely felt comfortable sleeping in the bed. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of support from the staff, especially the manager. When I brought these concerns to his attention, he told me there was nothing he could do. He explained that they do not enforce their no-smoking policy because they simply charge guests after checkout if the room smells like cigarettes or marijuana. That response was shocking and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Between the strong odors, poor cleanliness, constant noise, and unhelpful management, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

  My wife and I stayed here as our base to explore LA. The location made it cheaper than staying more central, but also allowed us to explore places in the valley while being easy to access the highways. The hotel itself was well maintained and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room and bed comfortable with our only complaint being that the carpet wasn’t particularly clean and we’d get dirty feet if we walked around barefoot. The noise from the road was noticable but bearable and not particularly bothersome. The onsite Denny’s was also useful for a quick breakfast or meal at any time of day. Overall it was a good value stay in a good, accessible location.
