  This place gave me mixed feelings. The rooms smelled wet. It was very humid in our room. There was no coffee maker. The breakfast was not fresh waffles. They were frozen eggo waffles. The remote didnt work to the TV. And the ac smelled moldy. But the staff was so friendly. Would i pay almost $400 to stay here again? No. This hotel shouldn't cost more than $200 if that. The only positive was the friendly guy at the front desk. This hotel looks like one that use to charge by the hour.

  The bed was so bad it made a loud bang every time you moved the plug in outlets were broken the soda machine not working small room for 2 queen beds no safety rails for the shower only 1 set of towels would not ever go back this is a part of Best Western Price was 320.00 for one night

  La camera aveva un letto molto piccolo e decisamente scomodo. Il problema principale, però, è stato il rumore continuo proveniente dalla stanza al piano superiore: per tutta la notte si sentivano scricchiolii e ogni minimo movimento. L’insonorizzazione è praticamente inesistente. La nota più negativa riguarda però il servizio. Alle 9:00 ho chiesto semplicemente un tè caldo e il receptionist mi ha risposto che avevano appena chiuso la colazione (prevista dalle 7:00 alle 9:00), senza alcuna disponibilità o cortesia nel cercare una soluzione. Non giudico tanto la struttura o le camere, quanto un servizio clienti davvero deludente, tra i peggiori che abbia mai trovato.

  Great location only like 10-15mins away from the aquarium. Gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Most staffs were pretty nice. There was a lady that I asked for more towels and she gave me an attitude because she said she already gave us 3 towels when she set up our room and then she ended up handing the towels I asked for anyways, which was weird. The room "looked" cleaned until my kids took off their shoes. Walking barefoot for 5mins and they all had black feet. So I ended up cleaning the floor myself. I used a towel that I personally brought for my car to clean to dirty floor and that floor was disgusting. Like if someone mopped the floor with muddy water. My towel went from blue to black. The next morning we cleaned up a bit and was hoping room service was going to come in to clean up and take out the trash, but nope! Even though it looked like they were doing their rounds. Going from door to door. They somehow completely skipped our room. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Just some pre-made waffles, toast, cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, a broken coffee machine (not broken but more like delayed reaction, because of the touch screen). It's a cheap place to stay, so I guess we got what we paid for... first and last. I wouldn't recommend this place unless your on a tight budget.
