  From the moment my wife and i walk thru the front door we were greeted with a friendly hello, The PROFESSIONALISM of Abiel Seleba and the knowledge of his work place and surrounding areas was above and beyond any hotel in the bestwestern chains. I would of given him and this hotel a 10 star, but it only goes to 5. I will now stop staying at Hilton in local area, and completely move my future stays in Santa Rosa area to this hotel, anyone who reads this, tell your friends and family, this is worth ever penny well done WINE COUNTRY INN & SUITES. IN KIND REGARDS MICHAEL & MARGARET thanks for making us feel that we have a home away from home at this hotel

  Not used to the pricing for one night stay seams over the top, the guy at the counter said you guys wont loan a wall phone charging block my frien at the hospital needed to charge her phone, guy at the counter said they are not allowed to loan anything go across the street and buy one. Never had a problem with small requests at any other best western

  It was a great stay. Helpful staff. Rooms clean however need a refresher scent left in them for when you open the door. First impressions last. Bed very comfortable. Price very affordable. Breakfast included - amazing. Over all great stop.
