  This hotel has everything you need for a quick stop driving up or down the 5. We were greeted by friendly staff & quick service. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean (ours had a shower w/no bath, would be worth calling if that posed a problem for you), there's a beautiful grassy area for kids to play and the pool is refreshing! Plus there's a continental breakfast which makes traveling with a family much easier. For the affordable price, this can't be beat!

  Unfortunately, this hotel did not provide a comfortable or secure experience for my friend and me. Our biggest concern was safety. The back door did not lock properly, which made us feel uneasy throughout our stay. When we asked for a doorstop to help secure the room, we were given a very small one that did little to help, so we ended up having to improvise our own solution. As two travelers staying away from home, this was not reassuring. There were also several maintenance and housekeeping issues. The toilet did not flush properly, and all of the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower were completely empty. We were able to easily remove the bottles from the wall and confirm that they contained nothing. The soap dispenser by the sink was empty as well. Beyond being inconvenient, this raised concerns about quality control and guest safety, as the dispensers appeared unsecured and unchecked. The bed itself was comfortable, but it was difficult to fully relax or sleep well because of the security concerns. The lack of an elevator was also challenging, as we had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. The one bright spot was breakfast, which offered a good selection and was enjoyable. However, the positive breakfast experience was not enough to outweigh the safety and maintenance issues we encountered during our stay. Overall, there are some improvements that need to be made, particularly regarding security, room maintenance, and attention to guest amenities.

  This is a nice little stopover on a long road trip home. It looks non-descript from the outside but the room was fresh and clean. The shower was a walk-in with glass doors with soaps and conditioners provided. There was so much storage space that we did not utilize because we were not staying for more than one night. Very nice retreat with a courtyard view.

  This was by far one of the best BEST WESTERN'S I personally have been to. Not to mention the service is extremely helpful and accommodating. I don't really know the names of the helpful you attendants that helped me and my team on the night of June 25th 2026 at around 7pm-7am but thank you to them. I hope they really get some rewards for superb accommodations and overall hospitality. Even though is not a lot to do around the area personally I think that is one the best things that's needed at a rest stop like this one. They had the BEST attitude for the job and by far such a homely greeting. I wish the BEST of luck to all your future endeavors and goodbye for now!!

  Needed to stay somewhere on our way home. Usually go to BW. I don’t expect the best motel, but I expect cleanliness. This room had stains all over the carpet. There were piles of dirt in all corners of the room/bathroom. The shower was gross and couldn’t get door to shut. Toilet was dirty. The smell in the room was horrible. Not sure what it was. The grounds were very unkept, with weeds everywhere. Outside of the lobby entrance were stains and a lot of bird droppings. All windows needed to be cleaned. My husband woke up to some bug bites. I don’t know what they were, but when we got home, we immediately put all our clothing in the wash. The breakfast was fine, however the coffee was like mud. I had to use countless creamers to tame it. The check in clerk was very nice and the breakfast crew were too. I am just disappointed in the condition of this once nice BW. It needs some serious TLC.
