  Great first time store experience. My first time trying Byredo perfumes and came to this store to try them.. Store is clean and organized. Staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. Shoutout to Khuon and Zoey who made my first time experience memorable. They are very patient and even gave free samples with my order, also gave me tips on layering with the samples they given. I recommend this store :)

  I had a great experience at Byredo. Luzia did my makeup and did an amazing job. She was very professional and really paid attention to detail. I especially loved the products she used the eyeshadow is pigmented and lip gloss were beautiful and felt nice on the lip overtime. The overall look turned out so polished and flattering. Highly recommend 😍

  I have been coming back to Byredo for friends’ birthdays and for shower gel, candles, and perfumes. Every time, I receive the most welcoming experience and excellent service from Ericah and the entire Byredo team. I usually can never finish a bottle of lotion, but with Byredo’s products it’s so easy to use them daily. I really love the gentle scent after showering, it has become part of my everyday routine. I’m so glad I found a place where I can always come back to shop without any hesitation, especially with Ericah’s great smile and hospitality. The world, and the South Bay in particular—definitely needs a place like this. I also love all the events that Byredo hosts, teaching us how to properly use their eyeshadow and makeup products. I will definitely keep coming back for any reason! Also, the hair spray is irresistible :)

  I had a really awesome experience recently with Ericah and Viv, some of the nicest ladies I have ever had the pleasure to work with! They made the purchasing process very smooth even though I wasn't able to come in person to collect my products. They shipped out my order the same day and they sent very thoughtful samples. I would highly recommend working with either of them on a future purchase. Will gladly be returning as a repeat customer!

  On October 15, 2025, a salesperson named Marina kindly helped me when I asked to smell the new Coin Laundry room spray. However, another salesperson, Nico, abruptly and rudely shouted at us, telling her not to let me smell the spray and to “just show her the candle.” The interaction felt disrespectful and uncomfortable. Later, I saw multiple posts on Chinese social media alleging that the store’s management had bullied and discriminated against Mandarin-speaking sales staff, which led to them all leaving. A friend of mine had also previously met a kind salesperson named Loga, who was pregnant at the time and is no longer there. Because of these experiences, we’ve decided not to visit this store again.
