  This review is specifically for Moana and Mahogany. I have never experienced such great hospitality and thoughtfullness at a stay ever. I came to this best western for my honeymoon and left a small note during my reservation. These two went out of there way to fully decorate the room with baloons and even go out to the store to get us gifts! It made the whole experience so much more meaningful and special that we will always remember. Even during our reception these two were so warm, inviting, and helpful for our reservation. They also got us the 6th floor bay view room which was so beautiful. I will specifically come back here for them. The breakfast was also one of the best I've had at a best western.

  Check in was smooth, pool and jacuzzi were the best part.. the next day we asked for a late check out and she said "oh no" later sent my daughter for a tooth brush and she said mom someone asked for a late check out while I was there and the lady was so nice to them and said of course they could have a late check out but not us? We called her she played the part well. She has no customer service with certain guest! HEARTED LOUD! BLINDS VERY OLD

  It's not too bad. Clean rooms bathrooms are little small. They have breakfast and view of the ocean it's great location. Lots of stores restaurants and liquor stores not too far. Everything works in the rooms. Good prices.

  The Best Western Yacht Harbor Hotel is a great hotel in a great location. The hotel is an older property and its being maintained and updated. The location is perfect as its within walking distance to many restaurants. The hotel is close to the airport and cruise terminal. Highly recommend staying here when in San Diego

  Avoid this place if possible. The breakfast was a major disappointment. The eggs were easily the worst I’ve ever had—completely horrible taste. While the bacon was actually good, the hash browns and French toast were both served cold and were entirely tasteless. As for the room, it was nothing to write home about. The A/C struggled to keep the space at a comfortable temperature, and the shower pressure was incredibly weak. To make matters worse, you could hear exactly when the people in the room next door were using their shower because of the extremely loud pipes. Overall, a very frustrating stay. Not worth the money.
