I ordered my gift on Black Friday, and still haven't received it. It was left 3.5 hours away at some facility instead of heading to my provided address. Customer service completely ignored my questions and only got their currier to ship it today. I've never heard anything bad about this company, so perhaps it's a one-off. I just want potential buyers to be aware. 12/28 update: I never got my items, but I asked for a full refund and got it. So much for my wife's Christmas gift.
