The room felt incredibly "tired"—so much so that a "maintenance needed" form was already sitting prominently on the desk. Both the bathroom and carpeting are badly in need of a refresh.
During my stay, I encountered four major issues:
Broken Elevator: Out of service until maintenance arrived to reset it.
Faulty Refrigerator: Defrosted on its own, leaking water all over my items.
Unreliable Room Keys: Worked only intermittently before failing entirely, requiring a trip to the desk for replacements. (Another guest at the desk needed maintenance to fix their actual lock mechanism).
Billing Error: My credit card was charged for the stay despite it being a points booking. While I’ve been assured this will be refunded, the explanation—that clerks sometimes "forget" to code points stays correctly—is unacceptable. It makes me wonder how many guests accidentally end up paying twice.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We found a lizard and a dead cockroach in the bathroom, and there was a lot of noise from upstairs neighbors and the pool area, which made it hard to relax. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was decent, but cleanliness and noise really need improvement.

Clean rooms, great location, staff is friendly and helpful.
Great people. Great atmosphere. Love staying here when traveling for work.

Clean rooms don’t have cockroaches in them. I went down to the front desk to show them. And tell them they may want to get an exterminator. and they told me oh yeah they come from the trees outside. I guarantee if they’re in my room they’re in others and most likely in the pantry that the food is prepared out of in this hotel. I will not be staying in this hotel ever again.
