  Worst place we ever stayed. Being part of Best Western we expected more. Was trip for son to attend Berkley day, $130 a night was the best we could find coming from LA, late notice and 10,000 ascending on area, so room were hard to find. We prepaid so its not like we could get money back. Dirty and disgusting. Trash strung all over courtyard, overwhelming smell of marajuana for a no smoking hotel, dark and eerie vibe. From outside to inside room everything was dirty and dingy. Please read my descriptions on stuff to fully undersrand the negative review.

  Property was undergoing some construction in the parking lot, not an issue as there's ample parking. Pm woman is awesome. Trash cans around the property were full when I checked in, and not emptied by my second morning. The shower rod has screws that are loose the light fixture by the bed is missing a button or something and the lights themselves are loose, like they can swivel. Highway access and a convenient gas station made it nice too. Edit to add: the lobby is really nice

  The experience my wife and I had staying at this hotel from April 10th to April 11th was horrific. The loud voices of people in the courtyard, talking and laughing excessively, kept us up all night. The windows were not standard; they were single-pane and didn’t block the noise. On top of that, the linens and pillowcases were not washed; they had a bad odor and were extremely dirty. Even though we used earplugs, the noise was still unbearable, and we couldn’t sleep. The construction noise in the courtyard was also horrendous, and heavy trucks kept honking and passing by all night. By 3 a.m., we couldn’t take it anymore; we packed our bags and left the hotel. When we told the front desk that we couldn’t sleep, they promised to inform the manager, but the manager, a woman named Jeannie, was completely irresponsible and spoke to me in a very rude way. When I explained the situation, she said she wouldn’t do anything, and she humiliated me with her attitude, even hanging up the phone. For this reason, I will never, ever recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!
