Older place, we had a nice handicap room which was spacious and clean. Needs a remodel soon.
Stanton at the front desk was very helpful in contacting a colleague for an important meeting. She went above and beyond to help me and her hospitality is unmatched from others I've seen. Traveling for business can be tough at times, so it was a welcomed relief to get 5-star treatment from a friendly person for a change. Way to go Stanton! Keep up the great hospitality!

This was so disappointing! I booked an executive King suite, and there was nothing executive about it. It was just a regular room with the queen size bed. There were only two towels in the bathroom when there should’ve been four. The room felt old and dirty. The elevator was broken, and there was nowhere that was found on the website, and I was not informed of that upon Check-in. They put us on the third floor, so me and my husband had to lug all of our luggage up stairs. It made checking in very stressful and checking out very stressful. The least they could have done was let me know upon check-in that the elevator was broken. The coffee maker in the room was also broken, it distributed out watery coffee with cold water. I did not feel like going downstairs that early so I just wound up door dashing or coffee. The bed was very uncomfortable to the point where I had a really hard time sleeping.
The whole experience was absolutely terrible and I wish I would’ve read more reviews about this place before I booked our room. We are never coming back here again. Definitely not The BEST Western it was the WORSE WESTERN and I wish I could get my hard earned money back from this experience
Miss Mary at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. She was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable.
What really stood out was Mary’s positive attitude and willingness to help with anything we needed—whether it was answering questions, giving recommendations, or just making sure we were comfortable. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about guests the way she does. Mary is an incredible asset to the hotel, and her kindness and dedication made a lasting impression. I would gladly return, thanks in large part to her exceptional service. Thank you Mary for all you do!
Our room was also very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Jacuzzi was nice and relaxing.

Mary at the front desk was more than accommodating! So friendly! She went above and beyond finding a room closest to the stairs. I booked a room not knowing that the hotel did not have an elevator for my disabled mom. They are remodeling and adding an elevator in the renovation!
