Rooms are really small. You check in with the virtual reality person, which really was unacceptable. They can't pay for somebody to be at the front desk?

I do not write reviews but for this hotel I'm going to. First off. I pre-registered for a king room. I saw the 12% plus taxes to be added $5 for internet that advertised free internet. Then there was only a kiosk to register. I pre-registered my well behaved yellow labrador. On site I was given a queen room and charged a $200 deposit. Then the TV was not working. The restaurant closes at 3pm on Sunday. Then my husband took a shower and the shower head fell apart and started spraying water all over. Oh and my lovely view was...the actual dumpster. Should I just stop here. Do yourself a favor. Stay ANYWHERE else. Oh the bed was comfortable. I would strongly suggest the hotel increase the internet bandwidth and update your equipment because after 6am there is not enough bandwidth to handle the 4 guests on-site when we stayed overnight. How this hotel earns a 4 star average is...highly suspect. I'd give it a weak 1 star.

The management at this Best Western Inn was extremely unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. The way I was treated as a guest was unacceptable and does not reflect the level of customer service I would expect from a hotel. If I were the owner, I would seriously reconsider the current management team and evaluate whether they are the right people to represent the property. Good management should treat guests with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to others. I hope the owner takes guest feedback seriously and makes meaningful changes to improve the management and customer service.

The Staff that checks you in and handled any questions that I had were wonderful. And when it comes to breakfast, they assist you and ensure that you have everything you need, especially the Belgium Waffles. Thank very much!
