Well it's a bestwestern, you don't know until you get there what to expect. We arrived at 2:48, check in is at 3. We had to wait until exactly 3 to check in, so don't get there early. It had a Nescafe machine in the lobby, man did this make our experience. 10/10 would recommend, I added a whole star for this. We had a cappuccino while we waited the 12 minutes. I really had to use the restroom while we waited and the front desk person had evaporated until 3, the bathrooms were locked and housekeeping told us to ask for the key. When 3 came the person unevaporated and I was give a gym key to use the bathroom there so I sprinted across the hotel, arriving at my breaking point avoiding disaster. I think she had something going on as she appeared with a wound kit, idk hopefully she's okay. The check in process was just not an easy one. The room was nice, clean, no real complaints. They had a hand steamer which was great to unwrinkle my suitcase attire. Big issue, there are no blackout curtains in the room. Be prepared. The area seems like it might be a bit rough, but they had parking lot security. I would stay again.

Absolute worst service iv ever dealt with. Internet doesn't work in half the building. Have 3% water pressure and asked to change rooms the front desk told me thats enough water to sponge bath and she won’t change my room.

Unjustly Charged a $250 Smoking Fee – I Am a Non-Smoker! I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this property. I was shocked to receive a call telling me that I am being charged a $250 smoking fee, and am a strict non-smoker—I do not smoke cigarettes, vapes, or anything else—and no one smoked in my room. If you stay here, be careful and check your statements immediately. I will not be returning to this location and will be escalating this to corporate and my credit union to dispute the fraudulent charge. Very disappointed with the dishonesty! Do better! UPDATE RESPONSE AFTER OWNER RESPONDED... I received your email regarding my placement on the "Do Not Rent" list, as well as your public reply to my review. I flatly deny smoking in the room or anywhere on the property during my stay. This accusation is entirely baseless. I take corporate policy seriously, and I expect the same level of integrity from hotel management. Please provide full documentation, physical evidence, or room inspection logs that prove a violation occurred. I will also be contacting Best Western Corporate Customer Care to open a formal dispute regarding how this situation was handled.
