  The overall stay was okay. The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as I read from others. The carpet and bathroom floor were dirty. The TV didn’t work well and turned on in the middle of the night waking us up. The breakfast is substantial and included in the price. The workout room is okay but the treadmill was out of order. We enjoyed the spas and pools. It’s located 20 minutes from Yosemite entrance.

  The staff is very friendly always smiling. Rooms were clean. The restaurant was fantastic and provided a complimentary amazing breakfast. The place was beautiful!!! I was so sad to have to leave. I would rate it a 20 out of 10.

  Pros: - Great location near Yosemite National Park. - Hotel room had 3 queen sized beds. - Nice breakfast buffet - Rooms cleaned daily. Cons: - Bathroom smelled like urine. - Hotel is due an update - grout in bathroom is falling apart, room is dated, cabinets are old, towels are thread bare, toilets/ tile need to be replaced due to urine smell

  This motel might have been our favorite on a 6 night trip. The breakfast was the highlight of all the motels and possibly for the entire trip if you ask our kids. The breakfast is in the restaurant that shares a parking lot with the motel. It’s a buffet style with sausage, bacon, eggs, diced potatoes, cut fresh fruit, apples and oranges, waffles, toast, bread, a yogurt machine and cereal. We definitely left there full and ready for the day. There were indoor and outdoor pools & hot tubs and we tried out each one. The indoor pool was right next to our room so we ended up spending the most time there. When we were trying to go to sleep we heard some noise from the pool but everyone was so tired we fell asleep quickly. We had a room with four queen beds, two beds in each room with a bathroom between them. Only having one bathroom was a little inconvenient but there was an extra sink outside of the bathroom which was handy. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The building that our rooms were in, was at the top of a hill way in the back of the property. The setting was pretty cool tucked back in the trees and it was all very accessible. We had reservations but check in was still very quick and efficient.

  If I could describe this hotel in one word it would be gross. When we got to the hotel the room was very hot and it had a faint smell of animal urine. This hotel allows animals, which is great, however if you allow animals you should clean the carpets. There was also dog food everywhere so you could tell they didn't vaccum the rooms. There were black stains on the ceilings. I don't know if the ceiling is starting to leak or if there is mold starting to grow. They also advertised a view of the surrounding area and wilderness from your balcony. Our view consisted of someone's backyard. I would not stay here again. I don't know that I will ever stay at another Beat Western after this trip. Obviously they don't care about cleanliness.
