  Loved our stay here. Rooms were clean, pleasant, and comfortable. Service was decent. Pool and hot tub area also nice. Only complaint is that they do not provide housekeeping unless you specifically request it. They don’t indicate this anywhere and our room wasn’t cleaned during the stay.

  Very nice hotel and staff. Check-in was easy. I’d stay there again. Clean rooms and the beds were “super” comfy. The restaurant had great food and very reasonably priced.

  Friendly staff- gave hiking ideas. Comfortable bed, not too hard not too soft. The Bar was exceptionally busy, due to a large party in the dining area, but the Bartender (Tony) and one a staff member who stayed late on her shift to help (Joselinn) were very attentive, positive, & professional, despite running their tails off!! Even got ti try Tony’s specialty cocktails, ‘The UFO’ and ‘The Lumurian’!! So fun and tasty!

  Me and my husband travel a lot and this is the 5th time we came here just for this hotel experience. This hotel is the cleanest and most welcoming staff. I have always got checked in by Joselynn. We Have been to many hotels and the staff isn't as nice, caring and helpful as Joselynn has been. Highly recommend 👌.

  Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by one of the nicest people in the hotel industry. Her name was Joselynn at the front desk check-in. My specific room was not ready (I was ok to wait) and after explaining that I traveled 3,000+ miles, she simply stated not a problem. She proceeded to find me a similar room was a nice view of Mt. Shasta. I asked Joselynn about some eateries in the area. Again, with ease she proceeded to give me a list of all the restaurants and bars and gave me some suggestions. Joselynn proceeded to give me a courtesy bag with two waters, which was much appreciated. Best Western should be proud to have such an exemplary employee as Joselynn G. !! Thank you Best Western.
