  This is at best a 2 star place. Overpriced, Outside noise comes into the room easily, sufficient sheets/blankets not provided, temperature control didnt work properly, breakfast wasnt great, checkin took 15 mins because the person at the front desk was away

  After the experience we had at Arbor Inn next door, this Best Western felt like a luxury hotel. The hotel is a little older, but it’s clean, comfortable, and the staff was genuinely friendly. Check-in was easy, housekeeping cleaned the room, fresh towels were provided, trash was taken out, and the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. These are basic hotel services that, surprisingly, were not offered at Arbor Inn. At Arbor Inn, we were told to reuse our dirty towels, take our own trash to the dumpster, and when we asked for a room with a working toilet, we were basically told they’d rather cancel our reservation than move us. Coming here afterward was a huge relief. If you’re deciding between the two hotels, save yourself the frustration and book the Best Western. We only wish we had stayed here from the beginning.

  Outside was little out dated. But the room was exceptional. The staff were kind and the manager was very personable. Will definitely come back and bring my extended family.

  Room was very clean and staff were very nice. The heated pool and jacuzzi were our favorite during the visit. Breakfast eggs, tater tots and bacon were all good.

  Had a really great experience staying at Best Western Park Crest Inn. The motel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly throughout my stay. What impressed me the most was their honesty and helpfulness. I accidentally left behind few belongings after checkout, and the staff went above and beyond to help me. They carefully packed everything and helped ship it back to me through UPS, and I received all my items safely. I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Thank you again for making my stay stress-free and for helping me get my belongings back. Highly recommend this place!
