  When replacing my driver side window. I believe they charged for a windshield. Invoice was unclear and unable to determine what I was actually charged for. They didn’t install the weather strip properly after replacing my window. Had to schedule a second appointment to fix the weather strip that there technician messed up. I have to drive to there shop that is an hour away from where I live for a second time to get there mistake fixed. They tried to charge me for the second appointment. Making the second appointment was a nightmare. I don’t recommend you get service done at this shop.

  The man that did my windshield also put one in on another vehicle that I owned. He also did my friends windshield as well

  Had a good size crack in my windshield beyond repair. Made an appointment with Safelite to come to my home. They quoted me a very reasonable price and kept me informed of arrival time and were punctual. Steve Smoot was my technician and was very welcoming and professional. He had the windshield replaced and work completed in way less time than expected. Upon inspection he did an excellent job. He instructed me on the do’s and Don’ts while the adhesive had time to cure. I highly recommend Safelite should you experience a damaged windshield. I hope I never need to call them again but it’s nice to know they are there.

  First time using Safelite. My Technician Cameron was very professional and made my day by replacing my windshield in a timely manner. I highly recommend Safelite for any windshield repairs.

  We’re very happy with our experience with Safelite. It was very easy to schedule an appt. I had to reschedule to a different day and that process was also very simple. Our technician Cameron was in contact with me in the morning to confirm the appt and was prompt to arrive at the scheduled time. He was very professional and explained step by step what he was going to do and informed us after he completed, what to do if we were not satisfied or ran into any issues with our windshield. We had a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend using Safelite if you ever need to replace or fix your windshield.
