I had a great experience at the Best Western Plus Brookside Inn in Milpitas. I especially want to recognize Jamaica at the front desk. She was extremely thoughtful, kind, and welcoming, and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. She really made me feel taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. The hotel itself was very well kept, clean, and professionally run. Everything felt organized and comfortable, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining the property and providing a good experience for guests. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the Best Western Plus Brookside Inn. A special thank you to Jamaica for the great hospitality!

Great location. The breakfast was by far one of the best i have experienced at a hotel. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was very courteous and pleasant to be around

My stay was quite a letdown. 👎 The rooms were subpar, and the service was not satisfactory. The location itself was fine, but booking for two nights and then finding my room locked the second night because someone else was in it was infuriating. 😡 I was beyond annoyed. 😠

The rooms are nice, well furnished and clean. Rooms are serviced daily, the staff are all very friendly and professional. The breakfast and lounge are a nice touch and add a restaurant feel to the experience. I had a great experience, thanks!
