  Smells incredible and the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful with out be being pushy / aggressive. Lilly / Lili was super kind & helpful :) My new fave fragrance zone at The Grove

  I don’t typically leave reviews anywhere, but I felt compelled to share this unfortunate experience. During my visit, I had an uncomfortable interaction with a male employee with long curly hair. When entering the store I saw this employee sitting behind the counter and seemed bothered to get up as I entered the store. His tone came across as snippy and condescending, especially when discussing fragrance notes. When I shared what I thought I smelled, his correction felt dismissive rather than helpful. This was my first time experiencing these fragrances, and the interaction left such a negative impression that I now associate the scents with that moment. As a result, I’m considering exploring another brand instead.
