  When we entered the room, there was a Stale and Musty smell like in very old houses. The main Issue , Flaw, Problem or Shortcoming was the BATHROOM. It was so small that I haven't seen any bathroom this small in any Hotel anywhere. Hardly any space to move without touching the sink. It was so Gross. The toilet was only 12 inch high. Terrible for people with knee problems. I wanted to move to another hotel next morning but this hotel payment was Non Refundable. Horrible Experience Never ever Staying here Again

  Comparing it against other Best Western's this location does not meet expectations. Parking is very limited and the ramp to the garage is down a narrow alley with a very sharp curve at the bottom. My room was in a separate building requiring me to lug multiple suitcases up a steep ramp out of the parking garage and then having to lug them up a rickety set of stairs because there is not an elevator in the out building. There is an elevator in the main building but the lobby is on split level so you still have to go down stairs with your luggage. My room was musty smelling old with dirty carpet which was not helped by the window being left open after the previous guest. There was also a loud never ending whining noise coming from the wall which made it difficult to sleep. Overall 2 stars is being generous.

  Es una excelente opción para quedarse y descansar cuando visites Santa Mónica. Su ubicación es un plus, las habitaciones amplias, cortinas, sábanas, baños siempre limpios. Yo cambiaría las alfombras. El hotel tiene mantenimiento constante y están pendientes de cualquier observación que se les haga...Es un hotel con muchas habitaciones y generalmente está lleno, el estacionamiento es pequeño...El desayuno es variado y abundante, además que la Sra Paula está siempre pendiente y con una sonrisa para que empieces el día de la mejor manera. Todos hacen un buen equipo y la atención siempre es amable y muy cordial.

  We stumbled across this hotel and are so glad we did! Jon at the front desk was fantastic. He answered all of our questions, was friendly, professional, and made the check-in process smooth and easy. His outstanding customer service made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay and would happily come back again!
