  I had a great stay at the Best Western in West Hollywood during the World Cup weekend. The room was clean, comfortable, and one of my favorite features was the sliding patio doors that opened directly to the pool area. It made it so easy to step outside, relax by the pool, and enjoy the California weather. The location is another huge plus. It’s within easy walking distance of the new Tesla Diner, which was a fun place to visit, making it easy to grab a great meal without having to drive. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and the hotel was an excellent home base for exploring West Hollywood and attending the World Cup festivities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

  Fuori dal centro. Devi servirti di auto ( sconsiglio perché il traffico è previsto a tutte le ore ). Non viene rifatta la camera e non vi danno neanche gli asciugamani puliti se non richiesti. Colazione pessima! Disposta su 2 piani. Quella a piano terra più rifornito mentre quella al piano superiore è di seconda scelta, dimenticata dal mondo, con tostapane e macchinetta caffè non funzionante ( e senza macchina wafle che è presente al piano terra ). Dimenticavo ultimo ma non meno importante, anzi, ACQUA FREDDA! Si sblocca magicamente solo se chiamate

  Albergo sulla sunset a Hollywood. Camere spaziose e ben arredate. Pulizia su richiesta e se uno si dimentica la camera rimane sporca. Acqua calda assente, ad ogni doccia devi chiamare la reception e come per magia diventa calda. Quindi non posso considerare l'esperienza positiva

  We stayed at this hotel for a week in May and absolutely loved it. We wish we stayed longer & was sad to leave. First of all, the staff were amazing, so welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with anything we needed. They really made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location is also excellent. It’s right on the Sunset Strip in West Hollywood, which was ideal, especially when compared to other hotels in the area that were far more expensive. It was also really easy to get around, with Ubers arriving quickly and most places being very accessible. We also really enjoyed the breakfast. The waffles were a highlight for us, especially as we’re from the UK and don’t usually have that sort of thing in the morning. There were also plenty of other options like eggs, fruit, cereals, and yoghurt, so there was something for everyone. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We were on the ground floor and had doors that opened directly onto the pool area, which we loved. It was so convenient to be able to step outside in the morning and relax or sunbathe right outside our room. Overall, the hotel felt very homely, clean, safe, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, and if we return to Los Angeles, we would definitely stay here again. We would absolutely recommend it. I will mention that I was a little sad that they had recently changed the interior style. I loved the warm vintage Mediterranean, Tuscan style décor, which gave the hotel a lot of character & charm. ( which is rare to find these days) It has since been updated to a more modern look, That said, this is just a personal preference, and everything else about the stay was excellent. Would definitely visit again. (Please bring back the brown beige sun lounging chairs by the pool , instead of the yellow. & bring back the pretty pink flowers near the pool area.)

  Our stay at the Best Western Plus on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood was nothing short of exceptional, and I can confidently say that it will be our hotel of choice every time we visit the area. First and foremost, I want to recognize two truly outstanding members of the front desk team, Carlos and Sama. From the moment we checked in until the day we checked out, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help made us feel incredibly welcome. Whether it was providing recommendations about the local area, giving directions, or answering our many questions, they were always eager to assist with a smile. A special thank you to Carlos, who was especially helpful when it came to arranging a late checkout for us due to our evening flight. His understanding and accommodation made our last day completely stress-free, and that level of customer service is something you don’t easily forget. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations. The pool area offers breathtaking views that perfectly capture the essence of Southern California. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring West Hollywood and Los Angeles. Our room was exceptionally comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We stayed on the third floor, conveniently located near both the lobby and breakfast area, which made everything easily accessible. Speaking of breakfast, it was fantastic! The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a wonderful buffet selection that changed daily, providing plenty of variety throughout our stay. Everything was fresh, well-presented, and a great way to start each morning. Another huge advantage of this hotel is its unbeatable location. There are excellent restaurants just steps away, including some fantastic dining options directly across the street, making it incredibly convenient for meals and evening outings. What truly sets this property apart, however, is the combination of its excellent facilities, prime location, and most importantly, its amazing staff. Carlos and Sam D. helped turn a great stay into an unforgettable one. Thank you to everyone at the Best Western Plus for such a wonderful experience. We left with great memories and are already looking forward to our next visit. Without a doubt, we’ll be staying here again!
