  El hotel está muy bien y el personal muy educado algunos hablan español. Noa dejaron unas tarjetas de transporte que rellenamos y no tener que pedir unas nuevas. Limpieza y desayuno muy bien. Tienes metro y autobus cerca que te lleva a todos lados. El metro a universal directo en pocas paradas. En la zona teneis un IHOP que para cenar está genial.

  Room was clean, service was amazing! The front desk hosts and hostesses were always friendly and happy to help to be accommodating. The cleaning staff also went above and beyond, so much so to replace our beddings and staged our stuffed animals so sweetly back up! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for first LA Trip!

  The hotel was incredibly clean — honestly one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in! I really appreciate that they come even in the afternoon (which is perfect if you’re not an early riser). The only downside is that the rooms are not very well soundproofed, even on the courtyard side, but that seems to be the case in many hotels in the US. Overall, a great experience!
