I do NOT recommend staying here.
If I could give a zero star I would. I ended up not even staying here with my family for the following:
I traveled in car from WA State & had a horrible experience with them Google has inaccurate description of this hotel.
•horrible location not family friendly & not very safe.
•They do not have good customer service front desk & General manager “owner” Danny.
was not help in any way possible to make my stay welcoming & when voicing my concerns I was completely ignored by ” management “
•”Private parking” not private at all this has a small garage where all the cars a stacked/smushed together and they still charge a fee.
•lobby smelled horrible like cigarettes & was not offered any other options from front desk when I voice my concerns for safety & cleanness of the hotel if this was the my first impression I can imagine the rooms were worst.
•I request a partial refund or something due to the bad experience & again was completely ignored and no one was helpful at all.

Hotel a bit dated but room is spacious and clean, has mini fridge and even clothes steam iron. Breakfast is ok, small area where all food are placed making it crowded. Hotel is conveniently located in Korean town so can walk around easily. Many good restaurants, groceries, shops nearby. There are good tacos food trucks on sidewalk if you want late night fix. We do see some homeless ppl and bad smell at a street away but nothing on the hotel street. Parking hotel $15/night with free valet service. Nice service overall.

I had business in koreatown and wanted a location that to allow me to walk to the office. Best Western was perfectly located, well run and very clean. Check-in was easy, the breakfast is accessible, solid wifi, parking is very convenient.

Was a cute hotel, bed was very comfy and staff were also very nice. We just stayed one night, the elevator and hallways smelled a little wierd but nothing noteworthy for guest experience. The only thing I think would be better is if the little footrest for the sofa chair had some sort of grippy slider on the bottom as it kept sliding away from me like a boat going out to sea. I liked the water refill station next to the front desk, was a lifesaver :)
