  This was probably one of the best hotels I ever stayed at! The room was big, if we needed anything it was taken care of right away. The breakfast area was amazing. Love the waffle machine. Staff was friendly and always willing to answer any questions.

  I can't review about the service but as a local person the work on the same block they always tried to have clean the sidewalk so it is a big plus and so happy their team invest on have their property to look the very best

  We had stayed here previously and had a great experience. This time was horrible mainly due to that fact that the manger name Vivek. We checked in but were not notified about construction, before I could even finish my sentence this unprofessional manger started arguing with me and moved a sign from the other side of counter and said I was notified. He also stated the website I booked on stated construction and I checked nothing was listed. Workers started work early in the morning again he argued that it’s wasn’t true I told him he could check cameras to verify. This manger needs to take some classes on professionalism a simple apology would have went a long way but he wanted to argue I asked for my receipt and left. I wasn’t going to argue with someone who can’t even let the guest speak.

  We were there for parking lot for long beach grand prix. It was a tied fit. This was one of the busiest long beach grand prix.

  Best stay of my vacation! Staff was awsome. Printed language tags and boarding passes for our Carnival Cruise. Only issue was in morning went to use swiming pool and a group was using the room to eat breakfast. Did not want to swim in front of group eating.
