  My family stayed here for the weekend and enjoyed our time. The staff was kind and friendly and the room was clean. The continental breakfast in the morning was good and the service was amazing, especially Lisa! She was so sweet and welcoming. Thanks for the great experience!

From the moment I checked in to the minute I left, the experience was absolutely flawless! The Staff – 10/10 Service What truly elevates this property is the incredible team running it. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. A massive shoutout to Aviana! She was completely top-notch—warm, efficient, and genuinely invested in making sure guests have a great stay. Whether offering fantastic local recommendations or making check-in an absolute breeze, Aviana’s stellar customer service left a lasting impression. Top-Notch Facilities & Amenities The property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable getaway: The Rooms: Spacious, spotless, and super comfortable. Having a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in the room made a big difference, and the option for a room with an in-room fireplace adds such a cozy touch! Pool & Outdoor Space: The outdoor pool area is perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. It’s clean, quiet, and very relaxing. Extras: The complimentary hot breakfast buffet was fresh and a fantastic way to start the day. Plus, free Wi-Fi and hassle-free, ample parking make the stay completely stress-free. Unbeatable Location You couldn’t ask for a better spot. Situated right off Highway 49, it’s just minutes from historic downtown Jackson with all of its charming shops and restaurants. It also serves as the ideal home base for visiting local Amador County wineries, Grinding Rock State Park, or taking a quick drive over to Sutter Creek. Between the prime location, top-tier amenities, and standard-setting hospitality from Aviana and the team, this will easily be my go-to hotel whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommended!

  Very clean property and very clean rooms, staff is great always helpful with anything you need, Elizabeth is always willing to help if needed. Breakfast is very good here as well. Good place to stay. I've been here multiple times and I never had any issues!

  The room was okay, they are currently going through renovations. I decided to stay in a Best Western 🔵, on which I try to avoid. The room quality was ok & the AC \ heater wall heaters always have a musty or burnt smell to them. This property reinforced that my previous history with the 🔵 branded BW. The 🟥 plus properties never have this issue. I had a hard time finding the property at night due to their sign being burned out. However their breakfast started earlier 6a-9a then Holiday inn. & Had to meet a work colleague in Ione, in the morning.

  ELIZABETH, the manager is so helpful and kind. I had some issues on my end and she accommodated me as best as she could and it all worked out great. Her customer service skills are top notch and my overall experience here is phenomenal. I love the staff, the ability to feel at home, and the overall environment is always welcoming.
