  Leider war das Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber. Bettwäsche hatte diverse Flecken. Nachttisch noch dreckig. Im Badezimmer unter dem Waschtisch nicht richtig gereinigt. Personal [asiatische Dame] bei Ankunft am Mittag war extrem unfreundlich. Früher Check In angeblich nicht möglich. Schlecht für Touristen mit viel Gepäck. Ich würde leider nicht wiederkommen.

  My husband, two kids and I stayed at this hotel for over a week on our family vacation, and it was a wonderful experience! The room and buildings were beautiful, well kept and all the staff were so very friendly. The breakfast was great, and had loads of delicious options (bagels, fruits, oatmeal, etc), the only catch is they didn’t change the eggs, sausage or tater tots the entire time but I am not complaining as they kept it constantly fresh and clean; so it was delicious nonetheless. We had a couple nights where parking was not close to our room—and that’s okay, there is extra parking nearby. There is a laundry room as well so that’s awesome as we didn’t have to leave to wash our clothes ($10 to wash & dry.) They have a nice pool and hot tub as well! The beach is nice and close and there is plenty of nearby food and grocery options. Overall, this lovely hotel has exceeded my expectations, and did a fantastic job with their overall service, nice hospitality and excellent staff. 10/10, would love to stay here again, if we have the chance to return to California! 😊🙏🏻

  Nice people running this place and they keep it looking good to. 8 minutes from Huntington Pier and the best serfing around. We have had a great time here. Breakfast is hotel Breakfast but not horrible.

  The breakfast bar here is okay.They repeat the same every day. Would have been nice to see something a little different. However, the overall vibe was ruined by how overbearing the staff was. While polite, they hovered constantly—literally standing right behind you at the breakfast bar to the point where you felt rushed and unable to just grab your food. In the evening, when our kids were swimming, staff walked by every 10 minutes checking on us. We felt constantly watched and monitored. There are cameras everywhere. Every move you make your being watched.

  I recently stayed at Best Western Surf City and had a very enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful with everything I needed. The location was a great choice for anyone wanting to explore the area while having a comfortable place to return to. I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the convenience the hotel provided. The value for the price was excellent, and I felt that my stay was worth every penny. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. I have already recommended Best Western Surf City to friends and family looking for a comfortable hotel option. The combination of good service, clean rooms, and a convenient location made my trip even better. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would gladly return in the future.
