So, my family and I have been staying at this place for quite a while, due to our job. Everything seemed fine and one of the front desk individuals (Wayne) pretending to be so kind. Until one time, I had to leave the keys of one of my cars at the lobby for an acquaintance (a mechanic), since I had to go out of town. Albeit, he didn't pick up the car. When I went back to get the keys, there was a family in the lobby and Wayne stared at me, acting like he never seen me before, while the family also gave a negative stare. I walked out and went to the manager's room and POLITELY asked the manager's wife if she could get the keys for me. Instead, she responded with such an attitude and tried to force me to go back into the lobby to get them myself. And there I was, embarrassingly having to deal with the family and Wayne again. The manager's wife went back to the room still with an attitude. The next day, she had the nerve trying to bribe and compensate me and my family with PIZZA (which I threw again the next morning) and rang our room a while later, asking us to let them know if we wanted more, yet NEVER APOLOGIZED for her previous behavior. Wayne mentioned he was willing to give good rates if we stay at the hotel again. Not gonna happen. Yes, we will work in the Hanford area months from now, but we are not staying at this joke of a place again. I'd suggest others to go to either Home2hotel or the Sequoia Inn. Home2 is more spacious, a gym, multiple working washers, etc. Meanwhile, this (not the) "best" western, you'll spot homeless persons walking in the parking lot which is quite small, as well as noisy trains passing by almost constantly at night, etc.
