  Check in and check out went smoothly. The room was great. The pool was clean, the breakfast was good also. Only downside was the maid service, We did not get coffee refills each day, nor did we get clean wash rags. We had to go request these items.

  I used to stay here very often when I was younger with my family. I come back here and so many things have declined. The rooms are very nicely decorated and organized. They are clean and remodeled. The worst thing about this hotel is the staff and the functionality. They are EXTREMELY stingy with everything. They count towels. I had a party of 4 staying at this hotel and they were only allowing us to have 4 towels the entire stay. I needed to replace them and have given my dirty towels to the housekeeper and then went to the lobby and asked for a few towel replacements. At that point the front desk lady told me that I had enough towels for my stay. What kind of hotel is this?? Additionally, this place offers a complimentary breakfast. It is absolutely terrible of a breakfast. The breakfast is so bad it's not worth the hassle. There's a freaking lady that watches you eat and she comes over your shoulder as you are getting food and says "You know you have to eat that here." That is crazy. She watches you eat and she really is uncomfortable. It's really weird. I don't know it was really uncomfortable. If you want to feel comfortable on your vacations, do NOT stay here. So not worth the hassle.

  Customer service was horrible. The man at the front desk was rude and was yelling at us telling us if we weren't happy then we should leave. If you're looking for a safe, relaxing place where you feel welcomed then look elsewhere.

  Horrible! I waited on writing this review because I didn't want to write out of frustration or anger. However I am deeply disappointed. I was targeted and racially profiled by the owner/manager who told me her name was "Summer". Summer told me that I couldn't take any food from the breakfast area and if I did I would be charged $20.00. As Summer told me this I watched 2 other women walk past with plates of food. Summer claimed she didn't see anything. After a few words I placed the plate in the garbage. I went back to my room and spoke to my husband then I returned with my daughters who also took food to their room without any issues. When confronted "Summer" tried to play innocent. Another caucasian family stopped with their plates of food and asked me if I was ok? I filled them in and they stood up for me as well. I thanked them. Summer didn't say a word to them as they walked out with their plates. I asked Summer where are the signs stating no food in the rooms? Summer pointed to a small paper posted on the pillar inside of the tiny dining area. I spoke to Summer kindly and I informed her I would be filing a complaint. She shrugged her shoulders and didn't care. There was one black woman working her fingers to the bone while her co-workers stood around doing nothing. This review isn't just about food it's about respect and equality. I gave Summer a chance to apologize but she refused. Beware of this filthy hotel. Upon leaving I placed my clothes that I wore in the hotel garbage because the hotel has roaches, soft spots in the cement floor, metal from the roof touching the second floor banister and ground, making this a huge hazard for any child or person. Our room had burn/blown outlets, gaps of space in the door, dirty refrigerator and broken down cars in the parking lot. Let me also mention they never returned my husbands deposit. We travel a lot and we normally never stay at places like this, however we wanted to spend time with our daughters so we thought we would grab a room where they were staying. I also informed Summer that the hotel must be able to accommodate the guests in the dining area if take out isn't an option. I am posting photos.
