  Hotel was appropriate for the price. We were here 5 nights and didn't have any major issues while we were there. Room Service checked in on day 3 as expected and we grabbed new towels and had the trash changed. There were only 2 relatively small bath towels which was a little tricky when one of you uses 2 normally. Also, the bed sounded like a noisy dumpster everytime you get into or out of bed which took some getting used to for 2 of us. Overall, no inherent issues, would certainly stay here again if the opportunity arose.

  I stayed for one night because of a house renovation. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, the hotel is right next to the 60 Freeway, so the traffic noise from outside was extremely loud, literally all night long. It honestly felt like I was lying down outside next to the freeway. Unfortunately, the noise made it very difficult to sleep and significantly affected my stay.

  I have yet to even complete my stay at this location, but I’m already leaving this review because my interaction with the front desk staff this morning was the final straw. I am a Best Western Platinum member, and Best Western has always been my first choice hotel chain. I have stayed at many Best Western locations and have had positive experiences, which is why this stay has been especially disappointing. This location appears to have invested a significant amount of money into upgrades intended to make the rooms "look" nice, but the underlying condition of the property still feels extremely rundown. Just to name some issues, my room had a broken toilet seat, an unkept shower, doors that are visibly worn and in need of attention, along with front door seal is terrible you can see light come through which likely means pests can also sneak in. Also, all the light switches are backwards and the fan and light in the bathroom are connected to one switch even though there is clearly two switches in the bathroom, one just does nothing. This is also the first Best Western where I felt like I needed to photograph every mark, scratch, or imperfection the moment I entered the room because I was concerned that I might not receive my deposit back. That is not the kind of experience I expect from a hotel chain I have consistently trusted. The breakfast policy they have is also ridiculous. The dining area is far too small to reasonably require guests to remain inside to eat. I also found it extremely uncomfortable to have a "security guard" monitoring guests and telling them they could not leave with their breakfast, with a $20 fee being threatened if they did. As for the final straw I referenced above, I requested a late checkout, something I have done at other Best Western locations without an issue, and was told that the latest they could extend my checkout was 11:30AM. I have never experienced this at any other Best Western location. As a Platinum member who has stayed loyal to this brand, I found this particularly disappointing. I understand that late checkout is subject to availability and hotel policies, but the experience and lack of flexibility at this location were very different from what I have come to expect as a Best Western guest. To be honest, I completely regret using my free night stay at this particular location. Had this been my first experience with Best Western, I would never have become the loyal patron I am today.

  Worst best western hotel I ever lived in. I accidentally selected one adult for a two queen bed room but we actually have two adults so we were charged 50% extra fee? Although the price for one or two adults is the same for this room. The room door can’t close automatically when you leave, and you need to push a bit. The breakfast is so bad, not as good as SureStay. Most ridiculous is I wanted to take one plate of food for my partner and the staff denied.

  The hotel is decent for what you are paying. The only big problem that this hotel is one staff member he is really rude and don't have any type of ethic. On night I was washing my clothes in the hotel laundry room, and the laundry room doesn't have a close time sheet on the door, but he got there and make me take my clothes out the laundry because he said the laundry room close at 9PM he didn't even let me finish washing my clothes that was almost donde. Another time more recently I had to leave the hotel early due to an emergency and call front desk that I was going to be getting a package at that direction and if they could give the packages to my roommate is not the first time, we do it like that and this time a staff member really rude refuses to give my roommate the packages that I needed and on another occasion the hotel miss to clean our room and needed towels to take a shower that same staff member he only give me one towel and requested more due that I was sharing my room with a roommate and he refused, saying that it might be are fault the lady direct when to clean are room due to us.
