  Website says they have cribs available upon request. We request the crib at check in. Front desk clerk looks confused and says they don’t have cribs. I call the corporate line. They claim the hotel is full (it’s not) and the two cribs they have are in use. It’s wildly shitty to claim you can provide a crib and then fail to provide it upon arrival. Corporate claimed someone from management would reach out. They have not. Also, you can hear live music from the restaurant next door. Do not stay here.

  Just a few minutes from anything you want to do in Danville and right next to Black Bear Diner. This is where we’ll stay every time we’re here.

  Cute little spot to rest your head. Management seems a little disorganized but the housekeeper was super nice ❤️

  Stayed here for work. Decent hotel, nothing fancy but also clean and it felt safe as a woman traveling alone. Gisella at the front desk was lovely, helpful and accommodating on a number of occasions. Loved her! 💕 I deducted a star because the carpet needed to be shampooed or replaced. I wore sandals or socks most of the time.

  My stay at the Best Western Danville was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and taken care of. Everyone was so kind and professional, which really made a difference after a long day of traveling. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very peaceful. I slept incredibly well and felt completely relaxed during my stay. The hotel has a warm and friendly atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Danville. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience!
