  We stayed three nights and our room 218 had a strong cigarette smell but I didn’t say anything. On our first night we were woken to the sound of pouring rain and water gushing out of the vent in the bathroom then coming out of the fire alarm. They were quick to respond and switch our room however gave a $50 comp instead of the night. We asked for extra towels the next day since the new room didn’t come with the standard 4 and we were told manager only allows 2 towels extra. So disappointing. Won’t stay here again

  This place feels more like a motel than a hotel, so it felt a bit overpriced for what it is. The breakfast was good, but honestly not worth the extra charge. On the plus side, it is pet-friendly, and we were able to bring our dog. However, there is no way to know this from their website, and they have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms. If they are fully booked when you arrive, you might be out of luck, so I highly recommend calling ahead to secure a room if you're traveling with a pet!

  Beautiful location; old building. Looks like a motel that they slapped some paint on. Our room was behind the stairwell so we had a view of a wall. The air conditioner smells horrible. Either they need new units or they need to be maintained better. Laundry room and breakfast area were just fine.

  Wonderful room! Loved the coffee/espresso machine on the lobby. I helped myself to a latte several times. There was always a staff member around cleaning or bringing tools into the pool room.. everyone was so kind. The staff serving breakfast was friendly and helpful

  Worst Best Western experience. Nothing “Plus” about it. Staff was incompetent, room was so bad. Dead cockroach on floor when we walked in, misc. hairs found around room, breakfast was gone by 8:30am. No towels for hours in pool room. It took three trips back to the front desk to get our key card to work when we checked in. Lobby was full of people with issues with their rooms all afternoon and only the two overwhelmed staff on site. We stay at best westerns pretty often when we travel as a family and this was hands down the worst we’ve ever stayed at.
