  I came in looking for a new perfume and wanted to try something different. She recommended several fragrances and quickly understood the type of scents I like. Her recommendations were spot on, and I ended up purchasing one that I absolutely love. She also gave me a generous-sized sample of another perfume I was debating between, which I really appreciated. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!

  Big shout out to Casey! He is sharp, young man that knows his stuff and was more than helpful in my journey of acquiring a bottle of bal d’afrique absolu. I couldn’t help but fall in love with absolu line from byredo. Thanks again Casey and the team at South Coast. I’ll be back to get a bottle of the Mojave Ghost forsure!

  Buyer beware - if you purchase in store and change your mind, you're only eligible for store credit or an exchange. I wasn't made aware at the time of purchasing and wasn't provided a printed receipt so only learned of this policy when attempting to return an unopened purchase. If you're interested, I would recommend purchasing from Nordstrom or Bloomingdales as their customer service is usually top tier.

  Absolutely love this store and team. I've been shopping here for a couple of years now and whenever my company needed to buy gifts during the holidays or buying scented supplies that we use in our store. I always received amazing service from Seth. If you want to be submerged on any Byredo products ask for Meggie she is super helpful and can help you find the perfect scent. BAL D'AFRIQUE is amazing!
