  Хороший отель по соотношению цена/качество. Завтраки довольно питательные, но мало овощей и фруктов, голодными точно не останетесь, выбор отличный! Для постояльцев бесплатная парковка, есть тренажерный зал, есть бассейн. За отдельную плату есть место где можно постирать и высушить вещи (4+4$) По запросу принадлежности для ванны. И ещё в каждом номере капсульная кофемашина и 4 включенные капсулы. В лобби есть небольшой магазин, где можно купить как еду, так и некоторые туалетные принадлежности.

  Conveniently located by the 5 freeway. Rooms are clean and hotel is clean. Front desk staff are terrific. Hotel is nice, security guard in the parking at night. Breakfast is better than most hotel's continental breakfast. The waffles and toppings are incredible!!! I travel for work and now compare every other hotels waffle station to this hotel's and non compare. Try the yogurt and toppings. Granola is very good. But breakfast gets VERY busy. Have patience.

  Localização achamos muito boa, mais afastado dos pontos turísticos porém para quem ta de carro tranquilo. Estacionamento super util. Quarto amplo e limpo como todo o hotel. Adorei o café da manha tb, muitas variedades. Achei as funcionárias muito simpáticas.

  This hotel is fantastic!!! Everything is great here. Complimentary coffee in the main lobby, as well as infused water. The complimentary breakfast is top tier amazing!!! I travel for work and this hotel is meeting all my expectations, of what a hotel should be like. The mattress, pillows, and sheets were comfy and I slept like a baby here. The staff is wonderful in customer services, friendly and helpful. This is a great hotel that runs like a well oiled machine. Management is doing something great here. Thank you.

  My daughter and paid upfront before we even arrived at the hotel for an entire week stay. The review is mixed because although the breakfast spread was amazing and the kitchen staff was very nice and polite, many of the other workers were not. The front desk staff with the exception of the general manager "John" who was outstanding, I found them to be rude, dismissive and indifferent to us as guests and also had a very unbothered attitude concerning our issues. Every day we left and returned at the end of the day "whoever" was at the front desk just looked up at us then looked away without a single word of any kind of greeting, a welcome back or a how was your day. I personally never felt welcomed by the front desk staff or appreciated as a guest and paying customer. John, however, was great! I ran into John quite a few times and every single time I saw him he had a glowing smile on his face, was eager to assist with anything we needed and expressed genuine concern for us as Best Western guests. Only with John and a few others I ran into on the elevator on the cleaning staff, did we feel like valued customers. The main issue we had was when we requested to have our room cleaned and service. Upon returning to our room late one night after an exhausting day, we expected it to be cleaned to our satisfaction, but instead were horrified to see that the beds were made but the sheets we not replaced. DISGUSTING!! My daughter knew this because the first day we checked in she noticed a stain on the sheets after pulling the covers back, so she slept on top of the linens and waited until we had the room officially cleaned believing the sheets would be changes. That night, she pulled the covers back and saw the exact same stain on the sheets from the first night. UNBELIEVABLE!! Also the bathtub was not cleaned because we clearly saw a faint dirt ring around the bathtub. I talked to a woman the next morning who said she was the front desk manager and she confirmed me that the cleaning staff failed to clean our room properly and also failed to uphold company standards, but why??? Why did someone decide to cut corners and do the bare minimum in our room??? I was quite upset and considerably disappointed. Although the general manager John was fantastic, the rest of his staff were awful. The morning breakfast and hotel amenities; the pool and fitness center, were great but John might want to seriously consider taking the time to train the front desk staff to deliver the same level of outstanding customer service to hotel guests that he does because they failed miserably at making us feel welcomed and appreciated. I most likely won't book a room there ever again.
