  Quite possible this is the best hotel I've said in many years. Everything was perfect. I was on a road trip from Arizona and it was getting late by the time I got to Coalinga so i needed to rest badly! The check in process was seamless. My room was just amazing. I had the best shower known to man. The shower head was Huge and the water pressure was amazing. The towels smelled so fresh and clean ( i don't know how to explain it( I kept sniffing them 🙂). The bed was solid and the AC was perfect ( it was during the heat wave of mid March 2026). Oh and how can I forget the bartender. She made me the best strawberry margarita I've ever had. Simply delicious. If you are on the road on Interstate 5 and need a place to lay your head before continuing your journey please stop by here. You won't regret it.

  Theft. This is unfortunately what happened here. First time in all my 20 years traveling for work I have ever had something taken from my room. The front desk staff and property manager were very apologetic and seemed genuinely concerned. I stayed 11 nights; the housekeeper who cleaned my room denied it, and my personal property was never found. The manager was kind enough to reimburse me for the value of what was taken. I will forgive the lady who stole from me; just know, dishonesty will not get you anywhere in life. Stealing and lying about something worth $50 is not worth the criminal consequences. You have a nice place to work and wonderful coworkers. Be grateful. The hotel is nice and overall well kept. My bed was pretty firm, not the most comfortable, pillows were flat. Hopefully not all the rooms are like this. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar in the lobby is convenient after work and has decent drinks and wings. The work out room is well equipped as well. I travel to this area frequently for work and would like to stay here again without having to think about this, but I don't know if I can.
