  This was a stop off for our road trip. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in took a very long time, not sure why as only one person in front of me and when we got to our room. The card hadn't even been activated. Around the pool there were only two sun lounges and 13 of us plus other guests. When we requested more, the member of staff just looked at me and said I don't know. The hotel offers free lemonade and cookies for the children but when asked the member of staff was unaware and I had to show her the website. The free tea/coffee in the lobby was great. They have a wash/dryer facilities but it only accepts quarters and they had no change to give us to use it, which was really frustrating to be honest. The member of staff at breakfast was lovely. Again by herself which meant she was really busy. This hotel is a great stop off.

  The room we had was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, we either had a ghost or there was some sort of issue because the lights would turn off after about an hour. Also, our light blocking shade fell out of the window, which clearly someone had already had an issue with. I mentioned that at checkout. The breakfast was very good and there were options to satisfy pretty much everyone. Also nice, they had multiple luggage carts available as it seems like a busy location. Speaking of location, there are several walkable, fast food places, and it is in an easily accessible spot from the highway.

  Front hotel clerk was not accommodating. Got here a little before 11 have stayed multiple times at this property as a diamond select member early check in fees are waived. She charged the early check in fee and did not offer complimentary water. Got to the room and room had a vinegar smell. Got a alert on my phone a 2 transactions for the room cost had been charged. She said one will fall off in a few days. She did not explain any of that upon check in. ( never had that charged previous stays) Very disappointed in my interaction at this property.

  👍++ The front desk red haired lady and the lady Ms. A that does the breakfast and coordinates decor (I'm bad with names) were amazing and made the place pleasant! Great personalities to interact with even the maids. They are the stand outs. Rooms are good , linens and pillows are surprisingly good. 😒 The road noise is infuriating. Needs acoustic films or baffles outside windows.

  Checked into this hotel. Was told they were sold out of all rooms except king suites. Charged $359 for a suite and given keys to a plain king room, NOT a suite. Went back to desk. They “didn’t know how that happened!” Moved us to a king suite and was told king room would still be $359! Felt like we were lied to in order to upsell us. They said hotel was sold out. Photo is of parking lot. Was told guests “carpooled.” Ate breakfast at 8:00 am and we were only ones in breakfast area. Don’t understand not seeing anyone in “sold out” hotel. Was given 1,000 points to compensate (worth approximately $5.00). Second time staying in this hotel. Not a great way to treat guests. Won’t be back.
