Close to Disneyland ( 10 min ) Walgreens and CVS ( 10 min ) Paris baguette ( 15 min ). Very good breakfast. Clean room ( some leaking noises but no leaks, probably the AC ) the price for the location is good but charged 25$ per night for parking. I plane to stay there again next year
The location is everything; this hotel has stunning views, the price is very affordable, and the rooms are very nice and well-equipped. I left with a very good impression of the hotel and its very friendly staff. The only thing I could comment on is the breakfasts they offer. It's always the same; please change it or add something else, like chilaquiles, bacon, waffles or...I don't know, anything, but a little more variety would be great.
I stayed at the BW Stovall's last week while I took my kids to Disneyland. The Location was great, about an 8-10 minute walk to Downtown Disney, making it easy to get to the park and back. The staff was really nice and friendly, and we felt safe in the hotel. I never have left things in the hotel before, but after long days at Disney and packing and driving back home the next day, I realized I had left several items, including my wallet, in the drawer inside the hotel room.
The manager, Ruta, and her staff were very helpful; they walked me through the process and sent me all the items I left behind. I was so impressed and grateful that there are still people in this crazy world you can trust. I will be back in this hotel. Thank you.
Honestly they have the worst bed I've slept on in probably my life. Super super hard. We got the worst night sleep also because every sound in the parking lot comes right into the room. There is no sound proofing... Car alarms going off, cars driving by, even people talking comes right through the room as if the door was wide open. Even someone sneezing the next door over can be heard clearly. The lights in the hallway come right through the wooden blinds at night too, making it light in the room and there are no curtains.
Also to note, the bathroom vanity is outside of the actual bathroom in the room near the beds, made it inconvenient while getting ready for Disney early in the morning if any little ones still wants to sleep.
Service was just okay...nothing bad, nothing good. Really the only good thing about the hotel was the location, it's about a 15-20 walk to Disney.

When arriving the hotel is beautiful. You are about a 25 minite walk to the opening of Disney. The brekfest is great.
We were in room 437 and my son killed a roach that crawled out of a hole in the carpet. My husband did plug the hole with toilet paper. I started looking around and found a widow. I went to the front and spoke with Tim. My son was freaked out to sleep in the room on that bed and Tim comped us a night on the roll bed. We were getting ready in the morning and my 3 year old found another large orange legged spider.
I went to go talk to the supervisor Robert. He was nice and I gave him the benifit of doudt like "I understand the rooms doors are exposed to the outside" " I understand this is California" he seemed to listen and told us he would upgrade us to the 3rd floor off the ground with queen beds. Robert told us he would have the maitence guy go in and spray and take care of the widow. Robert also told me notes would be in the system so when we came back from the beach we would be taken care of.
When we arrived back at the hotel 8 hours later I was told Robert left for Vacation and he wont be back and there were NO notes about our conversation. Please dont tell guest or acomadate guest if you can put notes in to perform.
The rooms are musty.
Rutha is the only reason im leaving a 2 star review verses a 1 star.
Super dissapointed. My kids were scared of staying in the room the 4 nights we were there.
Tim needs a promotion, Rutha needs a raise and Robert needs to DEMOTION.
