  Good stop for 1 night while travelling. Hotel is right off I40 and there's a truck stop with fast food options inside directly next to the hotel. Room was clean and had a Kerrig coffee maker and fridge. Room had hard floors instead of carpet which I appreciate as I believe they are easier to clean between guests. Breakfast was available from 6 to 9 am and had a good selection of items. Breakfast Room.is very congested when there are more than a couple people in there getting food due to the layout of people waiting for toaat or pancakes out of machine are then blocking access to utensils and hot items.

  I found checking in to be fast and easy. The room was clean with decent enough beds, lots of lighting, a good wifi signal, and everything in working order. I had a room with a sofa bed, which was pre-made. Despite being right next to a truck stop, it was pretty quiet in the room. They had the small bottles of bath products, some may have been partially used. There were coffee pods in the room with a machine. In my opinion, the room rate reflects the more remote location rather than the room quality. I have found more plush rooms at other Best Western Plus hotels in the southwest for a bit less, but it was nice. It is a good option for exploring Winslow. I appreciated my stay.

  Clean hotel. Typical breakfast. Friendly staff. Beds are new and soft.

  Last resort only. Toilet clogged on arrival, bad water pressure, front desk at night very rude.

  Stayed here for a night during our Route 66 trip and we couldn’t wait to leave in the morning. The location is right by a gas station with trucks everywhere, so not exactly a great vibe. The hotel itself felt dirty: even the front door was sticky, which was gross. The service was pretty bad too. The pancake batter ran out at breakfast, and when my daughter asked for help, the lady told her she’d be right there but just never came back. We eventually gave up and went to find breakfast somewhere else. The beds were also super uncomfortable. Definitely our worst stop so far.
