0/5 stars, actually. This hotel is fine, but not great. The 0 stars come down to this... after we left, we discovered they charged us for a room, after already reserving and paying through booking.com. When we reached out about it, they said we booked 2 rooms, and since we only used one, the other charge was a cancelation fee. Oddly, they never mentioned this at check in. They certainly should have. Then, they refused to assist with a resolution when we sought assistance, suggesting it was the 3rd party that took our money. We only ever recieved 1 confirmation and, again, the check in people never said anything about having 2 rooms reserved. We only ever recieved 1 charge from. Booking.com, the other one was directly from this place. They 100% could have made this right. Instead, they pointed fingers and shrugged it off. To add unsult to injury, the cancellation fee was more expensive than the actual reservation. Scam much? They must be desperate for revenue. So much for guest service. It looks like who ever responds to these reviews usually answers defensively, not professionally and with accusations and blame shifting rather than by assuming responsibility. I am sure they wil have some snarky comment about what we should have done differently rather than looking to see what they could have done differently to make it a better experience for their guests. They could have done something to help, they just don't care to. Maybe it's time for those in charge to find a new business venture. Clearly they take joy in being miserable to people. Maybe look into dentistry? Anyway, never again will we stay at a best western or best western 'plus'.

From my own personal experience, this particular Best Western Plus is the only hotel I would consider staying in Williams. Most others are in poor condition despite their ratings. On our visit, staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms had an upscale touch with higher end finishes, bed was plush, room was clean and quiet and they had cameras throughout the property. We paid a much higher than normal rate given the holiday weekend but even with that, it was worth it. Checkout was at noon with the option to checkout longer for a fee. We have stayed several other hotels in Williams that are similarly rated but they were absolutely horrible by comparison. Learn from our experience, save yourself the disappointment and frustration with other hotels in the area and just stay at the Best Western.

Booked it with booking.com. It was fully paid for. Manager said they over booked and two of the rooms, out of 4 rooms I booked, had to be upgraded and would cost additional money. Also said one of the rooms was declined payment by MasterCard. I paid by Visa and my bank and booking.con confirmed payment. He charged me for that room and required a 100.00 deposit for the rooms be paid. Booking.com is taking care of the underhanded actions of the manager and will reimburse me the extra money I had to pay but I just wanted everyone to be aware this dishonest behavior of this manager.

We started our vacation here to go to Bearizona and Grand Canyon and the location is amazing! Back in the woods with beautiful views. Staff is amazing. Safety was 10/10 was able to leave our luggage and such in the bed of the truck and no one messed with it. Restaurant inside in the evening was really good and again the staff was exceptional! Nice pool and hot tub. Definitely made it to the list of our top 5!!! We are a family of 5 and was comfortable for all my different aged children.
This was a good stop for us. The hotel is sort of tucked away, but still very conveniently located right where you'd want it. The rooms were nice, clean, and everything worked as it should. It was somewhat inconvenient that our room did not have a microwave, but there was a shared microwave in the hallway for guest use. The pool is an outdoor pool, which bugs & breeze aside, was quite nice. There were several nice seating areas to relax or visit with others, outdoor games, and although we were tuckered out from our adventures of the day, I did hear they had a firepit in the evenings. There was a restaurant and we did order some snacks during the evening service. The scorpions were great, but the nachos were so good we ended up ordering them twice! Speaking of food, the breakfast was well stocked and fresh. Lots of options to help get your day started right, and do not pass up the hot beverage dispensary. Tea, various coffees, and even classic hot chocolate were ready to go at the push of a button and available any time of day!
