  Good prices, friendly staff and easy to complete a rental. Just be warned it costs an extra 15$ to add a second driver. If you’re okay with that, I’d recommend them. They’re located right at the airport so no shuttle needed.

  Had a very good experience, everyone was courteous and very helpful. Return was easy and fast. The vehicle was clean and in great condition. I will definitely use them again.

  Beware! Make them do an inspection with you. Take a full car video before you leave. They gave me a pretty beat up vehicle, then charged me $1,700 for a scratch, which did not happen during my rental. I took photos of the vehicle before I left and submitted that with my claim, but they denied it. Customer service was nice at the counter, but I have lost all trust in this company. Will be avoiding them.

  !!!!! Beware of third-party rentals!!! This company doesn't properly disclose its early return fees. They would accept the car back unless I signed to acknowledge the fees. Their customer service representative hung up on me when I explained there was no disclosure of their policy. Check TrustPilot on the poor rating of this company’s fees and customer service. This is what they have 4.2 rating.

  I rented a Jetta from Sixt at the Tucson airport for 3 days. In the middle of the rental, I had an issue with the car not shifting into a proper gear (or potentially not actually starting up properly). I called Sixt for advice. They were nice though not terribly helpful. While they were recording my information, I continued trying. The vehicle started and shifted properly. I was told I could swap the vehicle or continue driving it if I thought it was safe. I opted to continue driving it after first driving around a low speed low traffic area. Note that I was in a national park with slow speed limits. The incident -- my rental car potential breakdown -- was going to be report by other visitors to the visitor center. So, I did indeed report to the visitor center that the car started working again. Upon returning the rental, an employee checked everything, including turning the vehicle on and provided a receipt. Tonight (several hours after the return), I received a message claiming that "new damage was found" to the vehicle. The message simply indicated that the vehicle had trouble starting. It looks as if a possible course of action is to charge me. This is scary and ridiculous. If they have a vehicle with intermittent mechanical issues neither my insurance nor me personally should be responsible for that. The system asked me to upload photos taken before pick-up, which seems irrelevant to whatever mechanical issues they are having with the vehicle. Still, I did proceed to upload photos and a low resolution video given the size restrictions. I'll remove this review if they clarify why they sent me that notification. I hope they indicate that it was accidental and the warning about being charge is inapplicable. There is no way I'm paying for mechanical issues they are having with their Jetta several hours after I returned the vehicle and had already reported a potential pre-existing issue.
