  The rooms are maybe just a little dated. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was great. All in all I had a very pleasurable experience here.

  Best Western Tucson Inn and suites Foothills I'm a Best Western fan and a Diamond rewards member. This Best Western is conveniently located in the the Oro valley on Oracle rd not to far from interstate 10 and greater Tucson. It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. The parking is easy and plentiful. They got me the type of room I wanted with no problem. The rooms were clean and nice. The room's itself had all the space I needed and a Mini refrigerator,stove and coffee maker which I use. They have a complimentary breakfast which is comprehensive and has the usual stuff.But the same staff have worked it for several years. They have a real.commitment to make sure the food is good. They also have a happy hour which is nice. You're getting what you pay for in terms of the cost of the hotel. I brought a tremendous amount of negative reviews but have never found the rooms to be dirty. I do feel for the management. Because I know it's got to be increasingly difficult to find people that are willing to clean rooms especially when so many guests are so unthoughtful. I mean I have seen some just trashed rooms. Believe me I tried to tip the housekeepers everyday that they clean and the breakfast people every day that I go down there and use for breakfast. I think it's a reasonable thing to give someone a five dollar tip for their work in both places. I'm seventy three and it's something that I learned from my grandfather about recognizing hard working people. Plus I tried to just generally look them in the eye and thank them and tell them I appreciate what they're doing. Politeness and consideration and treating someone is a real human being go a long way. I've never had a problem in my room being clean. Everything was working just fine and very clean. I was impressed with the staff and their willingness to try to help me in any way that it could. The hotel was great and made for relaxing two week stay in March of 2024 I stayed a month in March of 2023. February, March 2025 and February, March, 2026. I am booked for 2027.

  I would give this place a 3.5 out of 5. Staff was super friendly during check in and check out. I only stayed one night. Room was decently cleaned and supplied, bed was clean and comfy. Here is where the issues were: Room I was in had a shared door between the next room and I could hear everything they were doing, and hear everything they were watching. Luckily I didn't have my young kids with me. The people above me I could hear walking around constantly. The worse part of the room though was the shower, not only was the "hot" water maybe luke warm at best the water pressure was a very light misting. Luckily I was only there for one night. Probably won't stay at this location again on my next trip to Tuscon.

  Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Basketball, Tennis and Pickle ball on the property. The free breakfast was very good and hot! They also have a happy hour by the pool. This place has all the amenities, not to mention a great location with access to everything. Thank you to Susie and her staff. They have lured me away from my favorite place in Tucson. This is now my go to when I visit Tucson.
